Recognizing the financial limitations in community sport, Vitality Sport Management Inc. ensures fiscal responsibility and will work within the boundaries of the sport association.

Recognizing the time restrictions of volunteers and how they attempt to operate their clubs from home in the evenings or in bits and pieces during their day jobs, Vitality Sport Management Inc. operates with flexible hours to support its clients.  One staff member will always be on call to deal with issues especially during evening and weekend games and tournaments.
