“Vitality Sport Management Inc. has had a huge impact on the Cassie Campbell Street Hockey Festival. The new and innovative ideas that they brought to our event not only helped to raise more money for the Ronald McDonald House of Southern Alberta, but it also helped to make sure that all the participants had a fun and enjoyable weekend. They were a major factor in why our event has been so successful and they will continue to be a key partner with us. Thanks to Vitality Sports Management for helping us to give sick lids what they need most their families.”
- Cassie Campbell #77, Canadian Women's Hockey Team - Captain, Winter Olympics 2002 & 2006

To the Editor:
On behalf of the 15 players of the St.
Albert Pee Wee "A" lacrosse team and their parents, I would like to express my appreciation to the Strathmore Venom Lacrosse Association.
We were one of twelve teams that partidpated in the "Redneck Rumble" Tournament last weekend and I must say it was one of the best organized tournaments that I have attended in the past five years of lacrosse.
The organizers of the tournament went to great lengths to ensure that the players were made to feel spedal.
This included a first class tournament program with a glossy coloured cover, "profes_ sional" style announcing of all goals and |

assists and updated results on the web.
My boys espedally liked the high quality T-shirts with the tournament logo; thanks Gold Key Realty.
We'd also like to thank the Strathmore Boston Pizza for their contribution of gift certificates for the "most sportsmanlike team" award which our team was able to enjoy with a good meal after our last game.
On a final note, as a coach, referee and player, I know that the most difficult job in lacrosse often falls to the referee.
The quality of offidating in the tournament was very solid and I was impressed by the competency demonstrated by the young referees who partidpated in the tournament.
They were fair, decisive and knowledge |

able; who could ask for more?
Thanks again Strathmore for a great week
end (even if we did go 0 for 3). |

A special thank you to Vitality Sports – Jodi, Geoff and their team took over all of the most time-consuming board positions and worked tirelessly in order to ensure our registration went smoothly and that there were practice times, field times and a ref at our home games. Without their help, all of us would not have had the super season we experienced.
Melinda Vachon – Springbank Minor Soccer Volunteer Coordinator.
"You and Geoff made my job a lot easier this season with the job you did on the ringette scheduling. Thanks very much, and I'll talk to you in Aug/Sept. Have a good summer."

“Vitality Sport Management Inc. managed the operations for Strathmore Lacrosse Association this past season. They helped us with our society application and bylaws, booked our venues, scheduled all practices, coordinated the training of our coaches and referees and scheduled home referees. They even directed us to some funding opportunities. They communicated directly with the coaches regarding practices requirements and took the pressure off our already busy executive. They took control of a floundering Tier III league which allowed our post midget players an opportunity to play. Due to the help Vitality Sport Management offered our club, we were able to host a Provincial tournament and the board members could still coach and /or watch our kids play. Best of all we often communicated as late as 10 pm when I was ready to focus on the club!!!" Jody Stolz – President, Strathmore Lacrosse Association
“Jodi took the Rocky View School Division’s sport program, struggling with leadership and raised it to the next level. Within the confines of a school system and with limited financial resources, Jodi added a dimension to the program previously unseen. Not only did she single handedly administer 24 sports for 19 schools, she initiated a Coaches forum and advised the local and provincial governing body on policy development and implementation. Jodi’s dedication and passion for sport shines through in everything she does” Larry Sorensen – Supervisor of Education, Rocky View School Division #41
“Jodi has led the team that operated the minor box lacrosse league for the past 3 years. We are thrilled with her attention to detail and the demands it takes off of the volunteers. We always know the schedule will be ready on time, the facilities booked and those last minute changes made without hesitation. Jodi participated in evening meetings and was available whenever an urgent situation required. Her expertise was invaluable to our operations.” Leslie Churchill – Past President, 2003-2005 Calgary & District Lacrosse Association
“Jodi’s dedication to sport and volunteer organizations is unsurpassed! Her volunteer participation on a national coaching committee has given her great insight into the direction of the NCCP coach training and her expertise has proven beneficial to the development of our own training program. Jodi clearly believes in athlete success through coach development and support.” Dr. Mary Bluechardt – Director of Coaching, Special Olympics Canada
